This unidentified disabled couple proves that there is hope for the rest of us. He has no arms and she has no legs but what they are able to accomplish is remarkable. World's Younger Smoker - 18 months child

Tong Liang Liang, A six-year-old Chinese boy is thought to be the world’s youngest smoker. He started smoking when he was one and half years old.

Tong Liangliang was taught how to light up by his father, who believed the habit would alleviate pain caused by a hernia.

The toddler now smokes a pack of cigarettes a day and throws a tantrum if he can’t get his fix.

‘The father wasn’t aware of how serious the toddler’s habit became until the child began to increase the number of cigarettes he smoked per day’, China Radio International reported.

Tong received his first cigarette at the age of 18 months in a bid to reduce the discomfort caused by his hernia. The boy’s tender age meant he was too young to have an operation.

In 2005 a 37-year-old man submitted an application to the Guinness Book of Records, claiming to have smoked since the age of three.

The man was bidding for an accolade as the world’s youngest smoker, but his application was denied on the grounds that it promoted a harmful habit.

Man Having 39 wives and 94 Children

Ziona Chana, He is head of the world’s biggest family – and says he is ‘blessed’ to have his 39 wives. Ziona Chana also has 94 children, 14-daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren. They live in a 100-room, four story house set amidst the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram, where the wives sleep in giant communal dormitories.

“I feel like God’s special child. He’s given me so many people to look after.” Mr. Chana said.

Also he says that, “I consider myself a lucky man to be the husband of 39 women and head of the world’s largest family.”

The Chana’s family which is the biggest family in the world, is organized with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organizing her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.

One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice.

Coincidentally, Mr Chana is also head of a sect that allows members to take as many wives as he wants.

He even married ten women in one year, when he was at his most prolific, and enjoys his own double bed while his wives have to manage it with communal dormitories.

He keeps the youngest women near to his bedroom with the older members of the family sleeping further away – and there is a rotation system for who visits Mr Chana’s bedroom.

Rinkmini, one of Mr. Chana’s wives who is 35 years old, said: “We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. Also he is the most handsome person in the village.”

She says, Mr. Chana noticed her on a morning walk in the village 18 years ago and wrote her a letter asking for her hand in marriage.

Another of his wives, Huntharnghanki, said the entire family gets along well. The family system is reportedly based on ‘mutual love and respect’

And Mr. Chana says, he has not stopped looking for new wives.

“To expand my sect, I am willing to go even to the U.S. to marry” This is what he said.

One of his sons insisted that Mr. Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them.

Man with 8 Foot Height and Longest Foot

The first thing that people notice about Brahim Takioullah is not his feet - which he hopes will make him famous - but his enormous height. He stands more than eight foot (246 cm) tall.

As he strolls through downtown Paris people gasp, stare, take his picture and ask: "Are you the tallest man in the world?" He's not, not quite, but he does have the biggest pair of feet on the planet -- and that's official.

Judges from Guinness World Records came to France to measure him and confirmed his suspicion that he had record-breaking feet -- his left measuring one foot three inches (38.1 cm) in length and his right, one foot 2.76 inches.

Takioullah cannot stand up straight in the small flat he shares with his mother in the Paris suburbs, has difficulty getting into a taxi or the Metro, and can never move around without attracting attention.

But he is surprisingly good humoured about his situation, smiling and posing for cellphone snaps and politely answering questions about his condition, a rare medical problem that he hopes to cure through surgery.

Takioullah is from Morocco, and grew up in a small village -- grew up fast. In one year in his teens he put on more than three feet (one metre) in a spurt.

Now 29, no-one thought to investigate his unusual size until he was 18.

Acromegaly is a pituitary gland disorder that causes the body to produce excessive growth hormone. The brain tumour can lead to other problems aside from great size, and Takioullah was advised to seek surgery.

But first he decided to finish his university studies in geography. When he began treatment, he was already huge and closing in on the world's tallest man, eight-foot three-inch (2.51 metre) Sultan Kosen of Turkey.

Five years ago, a French doctor brought him to Paris for treatment, and he is not expected to reach Sultan's height record.

Takioullah contacted Guinness himself to challenge for the record, and says he is proud to have it recognised, though daily life is not without its problems.

He hopes one day to have a specially built car he could drive himself, but for now even getting a pair of shoes stretches his budget -- he takes a European size 58, which no shop has ever stocked.

This week he met an orthopedic podiatrist to be fitted with a specially made pair designed to support his huge weight.

French doctors are working to reduce Takioullah's brain tumour, and he hopes his newfound fame will help him find the specialist treatment he needs.

"The record now will be known around the world, and experts anywhere around the planet may be able to help," said Craig Glenday of Guinness World Records, publisher of the famous guide to the world's extremes. (AFP)

Marriage of 10 Year Old Daughter by Father

A 10 year old girl was married off to a 28 year old man by her addict father in order to resolve a debt, Geo News reported. 

The police have arrested the groom and the person who conducted the Nikkah after they received a complaint from the girl’s mother. 

According to the groom the girl’s father had taken a loan of Rs 15,000 from him and in order to repay him he had agreed to the marriage. 

The police have registered a case under the child marriage act.

19 Year Old Girl Addicted To Eating Soap & Washing Powder

A rare medical condition has left Tempestt Henderson, from Florida, eating up to five bars of soap a week – and washing powder too.

‘I remember the first time I dipped my fingers into the washing powder,’ she said.

‘I dabbed the powder onto my tongue and it tasted so sweet, and salty…it just felt so right. I was hooked straight away.’

The nursing student says she knew eating soap was dangerous, but ignored the warning labels on the box in favour of licking the deadly powder daily, from the minute she woke up in the morning.

Soon she had moved onto licking the bubbles of soap in the shower, too, a habit that was getting her through up to five bars of soap a week.

‘In the shower, I like to lather up a green bar of soap, and lick the bubbles. And as the soap disintegrates, I pop a tiny amount of the soap into my mouth and suck it. It’s heavenly.

‘I love the clean feeling it gives me. Eating soap feels so much cleaner than just washing with it.’

After six months of eating soap, unhappy Tempestt decided to be brave and seek medical advice. She was diagnosed with a rare disorder called PICA, which doctors told her is characterised by an appetite for substances that are largely non-nutritive.

Sufferers have been known to compulsively eat metal, coins, chalk, batteries and even toothbrushes. It can often be caused by a mineral deficiency, which explains why pregnant women often crave eating coal when needing iron.

But in Tempestt’s case doctors believed the condition was bought on by stress.

‘Things got really stressful for me when my boyfriend, Jason, split up with me and left for college,’ she admitted.

‘He told me he was going to college in Kansas to study business. I begged him to give the long distance relationship a go, but he told me it was over. I was devastated.’

When Tempestt herself had to leave for college, hundreds of miles away from her family home in Florida, things took a turn for the worse.

‘College was five hours away from my family, and the stress got bigger. With no boyfriend and my family miles away, I got lonely, sad and depressed. I turned to bath soap and laundry detergent and my problem got increasingly worse.’

Dr Barton Blinder, the world’s authority on PICA, says that eating soap in these quantities could seriously affect Tempestt’s health:.

‘With soap, the worry is the problems associated with ingesting toxic chemicals, which are typically alkaline but there are other toxic substances in soap.

‘These can damage someone’s metabolism and cause digestive problems. With soap, you’re also concerned about the acid-base balance of the blood.’

But for Tempestt, therapy got to the bottom of her addiction to soap, and the cause of her PICA.

‘I always knew I loved the smell of washing detergent,’ she explained.

I remember the brand my Mum always used to use – I remember the smell vividly, it was the smell of her cardigan when she hugged me, and the smell of my bed sheets as a child.

‘I used to love smelling the powder, but when life got so stressful I found only eating the soap would help.

‘It is an addiction, I can’t stop, and I have sought the help of a doctor who specialises in addiction. The doctor told me I must empty my house of all washing detergent and soap, anything that triggers my addiction.’

Psychologists have said that Tempestt most likely turned to soap eating as a comforting coping mechanism when she found herself away from her family.

‘We use liquid at home now,’ she said, ‘and for some reason I’ve got no need to eat that.’

The doctor gave Tempestt intensive Cognitive-behavioral therapy, or CBT, to give her replacement thoughts that will prevent her from compulsively reaching for soap.

‘I’m learning to think about positive things when I feel I need to eat soap,’ she said.

She has also been encouraged to go for long walks, avoiding places where soap is present, like bathrooms and laundrettes.

She added: ‘Doctors have encouraged me to talk about my issues, because they think my addiction is caused by me bottling things up.’

And for the teenager who used to take not one, not two, but three bottles of soap into the shower, she hasn’t eaten soap since September 2010.

When her mother found out about her daughter’s addiction, she ordered Tempestt to return home from college. It may have been a smart move as Tempette admitted: ‘I just couldn’t face being back there, alone, with a campus full of soap.’

Today, she faces a long road of recovery, but says she hopes she’ll never have to eat soap ever again.

‘I suppose my Mum is secretly relieved that I was addicted to soap,’ she admited, ‘and not dangerous drugs or something.’

Baby Frozen for 3 Days is Alive

I’ve often wondered if any of those frozen heads that cryogenics companies have on ice will ever see the light of day again, but it looks like science has taken one step closer to bringing people back from the deep freeze. 

Doctors at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, England received emergency patient, newborn infant Ella Claxton, to be “frozen” so that swelling in her brain due to a difficult birth could be minimized. They didn’t actually freeze her like you freeze a popsicle, but her body temperature ” was lowered to below the level at which hypothermia occurs”.

Although she was kept like that for THREE DAYS, she was carefully monitored and now, thought she needs physiotherapy, she is going to be fine
