Reema Marriage with US Surgeon

Pakistan actress Reema Khan is all set to tie the knot with a Pakistani-born American national cardiologist surgeon on November 18. According to media reports, Reema Khan is all set to merry with Dr Tariq Shahab, but the wedding news is being kept secret.

However, reliable sources close to Dr Shabab confirmed the event when talking to The News Tribe. The sources said that wedding cards have also been published, but without bride’s name.

The wedding ceremonies have kicked off from Monday with the Mayun function while Nikkah will be held on November 18.

Reema is in the US with her parents and relatives who will attend the wedding functions. After marriage, the actor will stay in America for few weeks.

Aishwarya baby photos

Aishwarya Rai born November 1, 1973. She was born in Mangalore Karnataka, India to Krishnaraj Rai, a marine biologist, and Vrinda Rai, a writer. Her family belongs to the Bunt community of Mangalore. She has one elder brother, Aditya Rai, who is an engineer in the merchant navy and also co-produced one of Rai's movies, Dil Ka Rishta (2003).

After she was born, her parents moved to Mumbai where she attended the Arya Vidya Mandir high school in Santa Cruz. Abhishek Bachan is So Excited and Unable to Sleep

New Delhi: Bollywood star Abhishek thanked his friends and fans for their best wishes on the birth of his first child Wednesday. He says the mother, actress Aishwarya Rai, and the baby girl are doing fine and resting.

"Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. Both Aishwarya and the baby are doing great and taking some much needed rest," Abhishek posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Aishwarya gave birth to her first child Wednesday morning at a private hospital in Mumbai. Congratulatory messages for the parents, and grandparents - Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, poured in soon after Abhishek announced ""IT`S A GIRL!!!!!! :-)))))" on micro-blogging Twitter.

Ash was admitted to the hospital Monday night for delivery, and Abhishek has been by her side all the time. 

He is so excited that he is unable to sleep.

"And I`m trying my level best to get rid of this caffeine high and get some sleep too. Don`t think it`ll work. TOO EXCITED!!!!" added the proud father, who always wished to have a daughter.

Aishwarya Baby Girl Delivery

Mumbai: Bollywood’s light-eyed beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who was admitted to Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai on Monday for the birth of her firstborn, has delivered a baby girl on Wednesday.

Abhishek Bachchan broke the news to the world on Twitter as he tweeted: 'IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! :-)))))'. While grandfather Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, “I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl !”

Hospital sources said the delivery was normal and came a few minutes before 10 a.m. The Bachchan and Rai families were present for the momentous occasion.

Aishwarya, 38, developed labour pains around 4 a.m. and was taken to the labour room where the delivery took place after nearly six hours.

The actress is on the fifth floor of the luxury private hospital in Andheri east.

The hospital had booked three rooms on the floor -- one for Aishwarya, the other for the Bachchan family and the third for the Rai family. The entire floor was kept out of bounds for all except the two families.

The hospital has been under tight security for the past three days in expectation of the youngest member of the Bachchan family.

Aishwarya was admitted to the hospital Monday night, according to her spokesperson.

The Bachchan family had been waiting for the baby's arrival for a few days and preparing for the child's welcome. 

The girl is Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan's third grandchild, after Agastya and Navya Naveli -- children of his daughter Shweta and son-in-law Nikhil Nanda.

Aishwarya tied the knot with Abhishek in April 2007 and rumours about her pregnancy had been doing the rounds ever since. 

In June this year, when Amitabh announced her pregnancy through Twitter, it grabbed the headlines. 

A 10-point advisory by the Broadcast Editor's Association (BEA) reportedly asked TV channel heads to curtail media coverage regarding the high-profile delivery of Aishwarya baby girl.

Salaman and Katrina in Turkey During Earthquake

Actors Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, who are in Turkey shooting for Kabir Khan's film 'Ek Tha Tiger', are safe. 

A source close to the unit said, "They are shooting in Istanbul which is far away from Van, which has been hit by a massive earthquake." 

Salman Khan, who was in India for two days to shoot for Bigg Boss, landed on the morning the quake-hit Turkey. Kabir Khan, who earlier tweeted, "Every city has its own energy and character and I love capturing that.'' 

Salman will be shooting in Turkey for nearly a month and then flies to Iraq to shoot for the same film. A source said, 

"Some portions of the film will be shot in the northern border of Iraq and some other middle east countries.'' 

'Ek Tha Tiger', which will be Salman's next Eid release is a spy thriller shot in five countries. A source said, "One will get to see a different kind of action not like Bodyguard or Dabanng. It is on the lines of Bourne Identity."

Kareena Kapoor Rocks after Bodyguard Release

The Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor film Bodyguard has broken the record of the Salman-Sonakshi Sinha movie Dabangg in just five days after its release.

Kareena is in seventh heaven. Back in the saddle as the No. 1 Bollywood diva, she says, I have three films on the list of the six highest grossing films in Hindi cinema. Bodyguard, 3-Idiots and Golmaal-3. I'm ecstatic.''

Kareena says Bodyguard has crossed 82 crore in just five days making it a mammoth hit and her biggest one. Trade sources say Bodyguard will not succeed in breaking the 3 Idiots overall record. But of course at this stage everything we speak on the subject is a conjecture.

As for Salman Khan, he is the No. 1 Khan and the No. 1 hero because he has Bodyguard, Dabangg and Ready on the list of the highest grossers. Aamir has 3 Idiots and Ghajini, while Ajay Devgn has Golmaal-3.

Bachchan now in first Hollywood Film

Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan will appear in his first Hollywood film alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in a new adaptation of classic novel "The Great Gatsby", according to Warner Bros. Pictures.

The 68-year-old star of 1970s hits "Sholay" (Sparks) and "Deewaar" (Wall) joins DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan in Australian director Baz Luhrmann's version of the 1925 novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Warner Bros. said in a statement from California on Tuesday that shooting started this week and Bachchan will play Meyer Wolfsheim, a shadowy organised crime figure who helps the mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby make his money.

Saif and Kareena Engagement Preparations

Saif Ali Khan has begun his marriage preparations already and has reportedly ordered a big diamond ring from a Bandra based jeweller for his ladylove. The big fat wedding is scheduled for February next year.

According to sources, Saif had asked for a selection of diamond rings from this jeweller based out of Bandra. They sent him rings of different cuts and carats. He had asked for princess cut diamonds and also a few other shapes.

He took his time deciding on the perfect ring for his girl and finally took the one he liked about a week back, added the source.

Kareena had earlier told a newspaper, "of course, I want to marry Saif. Doesn't every woman want to take her relationship to the next level? Saif and I are definitely going to marry. I am a lucky girl. There is love, so there can never be any infidelity."

Ritu Kumar is reportedly designing Kareena's wedding outfit as Saif's mother Sharmila Tagore has an old association with the designer. When we approached the designer, she refused to divulge any details: "They are my personal friends and I would not like to comment about it."

Saif and Kareena are currently shooting together for 'Agent Vinod'.
